Comunicar e escrever nunca foi problema para mim. Pelo contrário, sempre foi e é motivo de prazer! Estou sempre disposta a aprender com outras pessoas, dialogar, ouvir histórias, entender as experiências e vivências dos outros com suas dificuldades (ou até vantagens) e refletir sobre sociedade, de uma ponta do mundo a outra, inclusive buscando construir novas reflexões e pontes!
Sou formada em Letras, Língua Portuguesa, pela Universidade Estadual de Londrina (UEL) e c/ segunda graduação em pedagogia, especialista em Língua Portuguesa e, também, especialista em Alfabetização e Letramento. No Brasil, atuei no ensino público como professora de Língua Portuguesa por aproximadamente 7 anos, período em que ouvi muitas outras histórias, vivenciei outras realidades e que pude compartilhar através do ensinar, uma outra paixão. Também atuei no Ensino Superior à distância pela Universidade do Norte do Paraná (UNOPAR). Atualmente, ainda dentro do âmbito do ensino e idiomas, sou professora e fundadora da plataforma E AÍ?, uma plataforma de aulas online, cursos e conteúdos ligados ao ensino de Língua Portuguesa p/ estrangeiros (instagram.com/EaicomKarenCampana e youtube.com/EaicomKarenCampana).
#Multitarefas, também atuei na área de gestão administrativa por mais de 10 anos em duas companhias, espaços em que pude aprender muito sobre liderar, romper desafios frente a novas demandas da área, desenvolver a organização e lidar c/ gestão de pessoas.
Há mais de 10 anos, também atuo com o Terceiro Setor, especificamente, através da Central Única das Favelas (CUFA), ONG da qual tenho muito orgulho em participar, porque vejo diariamente a diferença que todos os integrantes produzem em seus espaços, ampliando as oportunidades para aqueles que, parafraseando Celso Athayde (fundador da CUFA), já são potência e não carência, como muitos erroneamente pensam. Atualmente, sou coordenadora da CUFA London e estamos buscando ampliar as relações com este outro lado da esfera também!
Diante das experiências que tenho vivenciado ao longo da vida e considerando meu novo habitat, Londres (Inglaterra), tenho buscado conectar Brasil e Europa e por que não o mundo!?! Reconheço o privilégio que tenho de poder experimentar esses novos lugares, culturas, história e histórias e faço questão de levar isso aos outros, através de boas trocas e informações e quem sabe ajudá-los c/ isso!

Communicating and writing was never a problem for me. On the contrary, it has always been and is a cause for pleasure! I’m always willing to learn from other people, dialogue, listen to stories, understand the experiences and experiences of others with their difficulties (or even advantages) and reflect on society, from one end of the world to the other, including seeking to build new reflections and bridges!
I’m graduated in Portuguese Language, from the State University of Londrina (UEL)
and with a second degree in Pedagogy, specialist in Portuguese Language and also specialist in Literacy. In Brazil, I worked in public education as a Portuguese Language teacher for approximately 7 years, a period in which I heard many other stories, experienced other realities and which I was able to share through teaching, another passion. I also worked in distance learning at the University of Northern Paraná (UNOPAR). Currently, still within the scope of teaching and languages, I’m a teacher and founder of the platform E AÍ?, a platform for online classes, courses and content related to the teaching of Portuguese for foreigners (instagram.com/EaicomKarenCampana and youtube.com/EaicomKarenCampana ).
#Multitasking, I also worked in the administrative management area for more than 10 years in two companies, spaces where I could learn a lot about leading, breaking challenges in the face of new demands in the area, developing the organization and dealing with people management.
For more than 10 years, I have also worked with the Third Sector, specifically, through the Central Única das Favelas (CUFA), an NGO in which I’m very proud to participate, because I see the difference that all members make in their spaces on a daily basis, expanding opportunities for those who, to paraphrase Celso Athayde (founder of CUFA), are already power and not lack, as many erroneously think. I’m currently coordinator of CUFA London and we’re looking to expand relations with this other side of the sphere as well!
Given the experiences that I have lived throughout my life and considering my new habitat, London (England), I have tried to connect Brazil and Europe and why not the world!?! I recognize the privilege that I have of being able to experience these new places, cultures, history and stories and I make a point of taking this to others, through good exchanges and information and who knows how to help them with that!
